How do pre orders work?


A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is ready to ship. Pre-order items are produced after the ordering period and may take several weeks to manufacture and fulfill. Estimated shipping timelines will always be listed on the product page.

When will my pre-order ship?

Please refer to the product page for the estimated shipping window for your item. Pre-order timelines are estimates and may occasionally change due to production or shipping delays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?

Because pre-order items are produced specifically based on customer orders, cancellations, size changes, and order modifications may not be possible once your order has been placed. Please double-check your item, size, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Orders & Shipping

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow some time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking number after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Will my entire order ship together?

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your items may ship together once the pre-order item is ready or may arrive in separate shipments. This can vary depending on the products in your order.

Can I update my shipping address?

If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, we may be able to update your shipping address. Contact hello@fanjoy.co as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping information. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has begun processing or shipped.

What is your return policy?

To help reduce excess inventory and product waste, most items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless otherwise stated on the product page.
